Sheldon Teague, a 19 year old from Brampton, Ont., woke up to the sound of screaming and an odd smell of smoke coming from the apartment upstairs. Teague ran upstairs, broke down the front door, and fought through smoke to save the life of a nine year old girl who was lying amidst the flames. Teague expressed regret that he could not save the other members of the family.
