Noor Inayat Khan, was a Muslim woman of Indian & American origin. Khan served as a wireless operator during World War II and was recruited to spy for the Allied forces in Nazi-occupied France. Up until her arrest, she provided critical support to the resistance movement and was executed at the Dachau Concentration Camp by the Nazis.
